Return & Refund Policy

At Luna & Briar London, we do our best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.


1. Return Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • You may try items on for fitting purposes, but items must not show signs of wear (e.g., odors, stains, marks, washing, or damage).

  • Returns of items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to return some of them (“size testing orders”) are not permitted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions above.


2. Return Window

You must contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period may be declined.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at info@lunabriar.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and the return address.

    • Please note: our return address may differ from our business/office address, depending on the product and fulfillment location.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees, duties, or handling charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking (Track & Trace) and keeping proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

Important: Do not send a return without first receiving return confirmation and instructions from us. Unannounced returns may not be processed.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 30 days.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Original shipping fees (if any were paid) are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective item (where applicable).

We may refuse or partially refund if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or is missing tags/packaging

  • The return conditions are not met


5. Responsibility and Address Accuracy

  • We are not responsible for parcels that are lost due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • If you entered an incorrect address during checkout, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.

  • Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
